The DeWalt Handheld Planer Model DCP580B is a 20 volt cordless tool. We purchased this tool to shave some sticking doors and have found it to be very handy for other things.
In the tool review we start with opening the box. We removed the tool and all the accessories that came with it. We noticed our first negative right off. It was not a big deal but in the video we will show what we found. All other aspects were positive.
We demonstrated using it on a door and some scrap wood. It does a very nice job leaving a very smooth surface.
In the end, we gave it a big thumbs up and recommend it to anyone needing a planer.
